Submit Weekly Announcements

 

Chamber Members may submit Weekly Announcements that, upon approval, will be emailed to all subscribers by the Chamber and posted on the Weekly Announcements page. Please submit announcements by 5:00 pm on Tuesday. They will be posted at noon on Wednesday. Submissions will be run for two weeks and then removed. Events will be run the week received, removed, and then run two weeks prior to the event. Fields marked * are required.

 


 

  • Title of your announcement. 

  • Inclued ALL details about your announcement. The text you provide will be searchable content on our website and helps visitors learn about your organization.

    • You may format the text to make it more readable and include links and lists.
    • Include your contact information and ALL pertinent information.
    • You may insert additional images into the Description.

  • Images should be in the 16:9 ratio or they will be cut off:

    • 550 x 310 pixels (7.33 x 4.13 inches)
    • 700 x 395 pixels (9.33 x 5.27 inches)
    • 1080 x 608 pixels (14.4 x 8.11 inches)
