MESSAGE FROM THE CHAMBER TEAM
Hello Chamber Members,
February has brought lots of new programs, events and projects to fruition.
Outlined below are this month’s highlights.
2019 Visitor & Relocation Guide – The new Guide is available on our website and downloadable FREE click here to view. We also sent this Guide link and feature out on our Facebook page, local area Facebook pages and in our Weekly announcements distributed to over 5,000 subscribers. The Guide is printed and on its way here this week. The 25,000 copies printed will be distributed in all of our states Welcome Centers, Visitor Centers & Chamber of Commerce’s. Plus, businesses in Chaffee and Lake counties, as well as, in our Welcome Center. We will be delivering the Guide locally next week.
The Wedding Expo – The Wedding Expo was held February 23rd – for a first year event it was successful – even though the weather outside was frightful. We had 25 brides pre-sign up and about 40 walk-ins. We will be sending out next week a special Wedding Expo feature blast showcasing our 22 exhibitors and featuring their products and services. This will go out to all of our subscribers plus those who attended the Expo. A special thank you to the Surf Hotel who shared their Ivy Ballroom for this new annual event. Thank you also to Chaffee County Visitors Bureau for their marketing support.
