Hello Chamber Members,

Summer is here! Hope you all had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend. The Chamber & Visitor Center has been busy with daily assistance of guests and getting our summer and fall events together: 4th of July and Art in the Park, Gold Rush Days, and the OHV Color Tour! The Business Expo was a great success and The Chamber & Visitor Center is excited to report the year’s achievements and events.

4th of July is shaping up to be one of the biggest events for the Chamber.  In addition to our normal community wide festivities we are also teaming up with Xi Mu to Co-Sponsor the Art In The Park fair on the 4th of July!  Applications for Art in the Park can be found HERE.  If you are interested in getting involved with the festivity planning, sponsoring, or volunteering, give us a call!

Businesses, organizations or community members are asked to enter a float, or walking display in our 4th of July Parade! Click here to register it is free. We hope you will participate with your float as this is what showcases the character and charm of our community.

Let us know ASAP if you are planning an event on 4th of July OR the week before or after.  We will add it to our 4th of July Celebrations website page and all of our marketing initiatives.  See what is offered thus far on our website.

We expect an even larger crowd for our 4th of July Celebration because we are advertising on the front range with KOAA television and Out There Colorado.  We are advertising the entire days schedule in a full page spread with Ark Magazine.  Let us know what events or promotions, special drinks or menu items that you are offering and we will be sure to let attendees know your offerings.

Additionally, we are growing Gold Rush Days on August 11 and 12th.  We’ve teamed up with Jamie Wolkenbreit at The Ark Magazine to bring you a fantastic music lineup.  Our music headliner Chris Daniels and the Kings as well as many other local favorites are sure to make you boogie.  Vendor Applications can be found HERE.

If you are interested in sponsoring, volunteering, or participating in any of our events, contact us at the Chamber to find out about opportunities and details.
