Get Cultured: Crafting an Unforgettable Hospitality Experience Through Culture

Join hospitality and outdoor recreation expert, Samuel Sleger for a 3-hour free hospitality workshop focused on assisting owners, managers or marketing professionals in the resort, hotel, motel and short-term rental hospitality industry. You will leave with understanding the power of crafting a guest experience with new tools and action steps to apply to your own hospitality situations. Workshops available in Buena Vista and Salida.

Our valley thrives on tourism, and an integral part of that economic boon is lodging. People look to their lodging establishments for questions on where to visit, where to raft, and what to do when they are on vacation. Crafting an experience that delivers on all stages of a guest’s trip generates new business through word of mouth, and repeat customers through the quality of experience. An improved experience, and increased lodging quality means an increase in business. Improving hospitality establishments adds value to the community.
