Little Engine Eatery is a nonprofit food trailer providing work experience and life skills to teens and adults with learning disabilities. We feature all-natural, humanely raised food (all our meats are nitrate, msg, and preservative free) in a family friendly, relaxed environment. Vegetarian and gluten-free options available.
What people are saying about the Little Engine Eatery:
“Buena Vista has acquired another good place to eat! Enjoy the food, and the ride at the Little Engine Eatery!”
“The food was great loved it. Everyone was very friendly and so welcoming.”
Founders Michael DiLillo and Jennifer Davis have lived in the area with their son, Mattteo DiLillo since 1999. They intend the Little Engine Eatery to assist in providing life skills, confidence and independence to community members with moderate learning disabilities and becomes one of many such projects. At the same time, they hope that the Eatery serves as an informal gathering spot for community members to enjoy healthy, affordable food.
