This week: The forests at Monarch Mountain are changing. Why and what will the future forests look like? Join us for a special Ski with a Naturalist tour at Monarch Mountain on Friday, Feb 9. Alex Rudney, Silviculturist with the Pike/San Isabel NF will be our guest leader and he is an expert in all things trees!
The skiing public meets the Naturalist at 11:00 AM at the sign near Ski Patrol/Cat Yurt. There is no sign-up required. Participants must have a season pass or day ticket to participate.
